A fresh and tasty sauce that tastes delicious in just about everything. From steaks to grain bowls, this sauce is so easy to make and adds that extra umph to any dish.


1 pickled jalepeno

4 cloves garlic

1 bunch parsley leaves, stems removed

1 bunch cilantro leaves, stems removed

4 sprigs fresh oregano, stems removed

1/2 c Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Red wine vinegar (if using fresh jalepeno)


Place jalepeno, garlic, and red wine vinegar, if using, in a food processor and pulse 3-4 times until chopped. Add herbs and while the herbs are being processed on low, slowly drizzle in olive oil. Do not over-process.

Season with salt and pepper to taste
