Monique has been involved in the world of food for over 20 years, having qualified from Ballymaloe Cookery School in 1985.

Since then she has run her own firm providing bespoke cuisine to private and corporate clients, and food styling services for publications such as Country Living, Good Housekeeping and Company magazines.

Her love of good food has been nurtured by many unique assignments in France, Greece, and Italy where she picked up wonderful local recipes and ideas.

Her cookery classes are a big hit and are proving to be very popular, both at her wonderful seaside kitchen in Greystones and at the new streamline cookery school kitchen at Donnybrook Fair on Morehampton Road.

The classes emphasise practical, fun and easy recipes that will wow your friends and have your kids eating a healthy new menu with gusto.

Monique is very aware of how a good diet can help one’s overall well being, so the nutritional aspects of good food and great local ingredients are key to all her classes.
