Starter

Butternut squash soup with a chilli, lime and coconut relish.
Wild mushroom soup with marsala.
Baby spinach, bresaola, apple and nut salad.
Mussels with fennel, saffron and spinach.
Pate de Campagne with pistachios and confiture d’ognions.

Main course

Classic roast fillet of beef with bearnaise sauce.
Confit of duck served with rosemary and lemon infused puy lentils.
Roast cornfed chicken breasts wrapped in proscuitto and stuffed with sage, mushroom & sun-dried tomatoes.
Red snapper with a butter and shallot sauce.
Radicchio and roasted pumpkin risotto serveds with braised fennel.

Desserts

Pear and chocolate torte with crème fraiche.
Baked blackberry and stem ginger pudding with crème anglaise.
Hazelnut meringue roulade with autumn berries.
Spiced roast pears with St Tola goats’ cheese.
Orange and cardamom icecream with pistachio wafers.

Cheese Course

Tea and coffee served with petits fours.
