Antipasti platter with a selection of cold meats including, bresaola, speck and proscuitto.
Whole honey baked ham with mustard.
Lemon and herb marinated chargrilled chicken breasts with rocket and sun blush cherry tomatoes.
Poached salmon served with watercress mayonnaise.
Rare fillet of beef with lemon and thyme salmariglio.
Orzo pasta salad with prawns, mussels, squid and roasted vegetables, lemon and herb dressing.
Parma ham with buffalo mozzarella, peaches and mint.

Salads

Chargrilled courgettes, aubergine, red and yellow peppers with basil and a balsamic dressing.
Asparagus salad with roasted cherry tomatoes, baby potatoes, black olives & a soy & cider vinegar dressing.
Vine ripened tomatoes with buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
Chickpea, red onion and feta salad with mint, coriander and flat leaf parsley.
Marinated french bean salad with red wine vinaigrette.
Green leaf salad with dijon dressing.
Warm buttered new potatoes with summer herbs.

Desserts

Coconut and lemon tart with passion fruit mascarpone.
Rhubarb and muscat jelly with orange shortbread hearts.
Chocolate and respberry tort with raspberries in sweet geranium syrup and crème fraiche.
Rose scented panna cotta with summer berries and almond tuiles.
Gooseberry fool with pistachio biscotti.

Cheese

Tea and Coffee served with petits fours.
